Stefan Nilsson was previously with Egon Zehnder International for more than 20 years. There he was a consultant and partner working on the Scandinavian team based in Copenhagen. He focussed mainly on executive search within health care services, pharmaceuticals, consumer goods, retail, medical technology and industry.

Before joining Egon Zehnder, Stefan was working within the pharmaceutical and consumer health industry. At Pharmacia AB he worked with international sales&marketing and country management before joining Egon Zehnder in 1989.
